30 days "Return and Refund Policy"

We hope that you will enjoy your purchase, but if not, we provide a 30-days return policy. This means that if for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us. Provided that return meet the following conditions, we will give you a refund / exchange.

1. item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt;
2. item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging; and seal must not be tampered (We are unable to process refund / exchange / change of mind if seal has been tampered and/or opened).
3. accompanied by order receipt and/or email correspondents;
4. refund request for mistaken order or change of mind will attract $10 administrative fee and an additional fee of 10% for re-stocking fee  / 20% for bulk item(s);
5. postage on orders are non-refundable once the item has been sent out.

AusPots will process refund / exchange within 72 hours upon receiving the product back from you provided the conditions specified above are met.

* Please be advised that any postage costs for returned product/s is to be paid by buyer. 
* Refund will be processed back to customer account, using the same payment method chosen when placing the order 

Items purchased on sale, bulk price or as part of a promotion are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind.

“In-Store Pickup” orders may be returned to our physical retail store either in person or by post. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, and the applicable restocking fee will be charged to cover administrative costs. 10% for most items  / 20% for bulk tem(s)
